What services do you and your teammates provide to campus?

We are tasked with Hardware/Software Support, AntiVirus, Application Rollout, updates and imaging for all campus departments, and End User Devices. Regardless of the device, if a customer has an issue, we support them. 

What campus units do you collaborate with?

We collaborate with Athletics, Auxiliary Services, College of Fine Arts, College of Agriculture, Food and Environment, Gatton College of Business and Economics, HealthCare, and many more.

What are your workplace values?

Honesty, teamwork, and diligence. It takes a village to support the University. Our role is to insure that everyone can function to the best of their ability on workplace devices. We make sure those devices are in working order, secure, patched, and clean.   

What is your favorite part of working in ITS and UK?

The people of UK really make a difference. It doesn’t matter who they are. Everyone here strives to make sure the University can function and deliver for the customer, internal or external.
