What services do you and your teammates provide to campus?

Network, wireless, and voice infrastructure estimates

What campus units do you collaborate with?

We collaborate with all campus and healthcare departments that have infrastructure needs. Recently, we’ve provided network, fiber and cable estimates for the president’s home, new student center, Shriner’s Hospital, and Research Building #2 which adjoins to the Biomedical Biological Sciences Research Building (BBSRB) and Bio-Pharm buildings. We have also provided estimates for the dorms, Chandler Hospital Pavilion A, and Coldstream Research Park.

What are your workplace values?

It is extremely important to me to uphold promises made to customers. I have a strong work ethic which focuses on completing tasks and being accountable to commitments.

What is your favorite part of working in ITS and UK?

My favorite part of working for ITS and UK is the opportunity to interact daily with the dynamic staff. My job allows me to meet, in-person, with a variety of customers and I am able to put a face to a name, which I greatly enjoy.
