Service Area: Student Lifecycle Management Services

What services do you and your teammates provide to campus?

Our team focuses primarily on the Student Lifecycle Management (SLcM) module of our SAP Enterprise Resource Planning system. We collaborate and partner with other teams and units to develop creative and innovative solutions that serve a broad audience. Key processes that fall under the SLcM umbrella are: admission, course/event planning, course registration, grading, degree audit, student accounting, student financial aid, and graduation.

What campus units do you collaborate with?

We work closely with many student service units, including the University Registrar, Undergraduate Admission, Student Account Services, Student Financial Aid, and Student and Academic Life. We also partner with various colleges and departments on campus to assist with project and development needs as related to SLcM.

What are your workplace values?

I value a positive attitude, good communication, and a willingness to learn new things.

What is your favorite part of working in ITS and UK?

I have had the great fortune to experience this incredible UK community both as a student (MS in Higher Education, 2001) and as an employee I love working and collaborating with the different teams across campus an have come to know some amazing people. I really enjoy seeing the wonderful, positive impact technology can bring.
