Salesforce Team Presents at Midwest Higher Ed Trailblazers Forum

On Thursday, October 6, members of the Enterprise CRM & Salesforce team attended the Midwest Higher Ed Trailblazers Forum held in Indianapolis. The team represented the University of Kentucky with their presentation “University of Kentucky Enterprise Approach to Salesforce - Lessons Learned”. In their presentation, they each shared how they have successfully architected and implemented an enterprise approach to Salesforce across campus including critical lessons learned around designing an enterprise support model, standardizing processes, establishing a governance model, and building executive support. Presenters included Lisa Nicoll, John Wiesendanger, Emily Brenzel, Tyler Gayheart, Jordan Adler, Rene Leaver, and Denee Wilson. 

The Salesforce Midwest Higher Ed Trailblazers Forum was an event held at Salesforce Towner to connect other higher education institutions in the region for networking, collaborating, and sharing best practices. Other universities in attendance included Ohio State, Indiana, and more.
