What to expect when exploring the new SAP/S4 platform
University of Kentucky students, faculty and staff now have access to the modernized cloud-based version of SAP.
UK Information Technology Services (UK ITS) wants SAP users to know where to find resources and what to expect when exploring the new platform.
The SAP Resources site lists available how-to articles and FAQs to support the transition to SAP S/4.
For employees that engage with SAP via the myUK portal, follow how-to articles on human resources functions like how to request leave or approve time at SAP Resources: Human Resources.

For back-end SAP users, based on your functional area and permissions, the new SAP platform has resources, including the WalkMe application, which provides a guided tour of available features.
To access the new platform, login to the myUK portal and click SAP Fiori Launchpad.
