We pay the bills for ITS equipment (software & hardware) and manage the budget for the department. What campus units do you collaborate with? We work with all the departments of ITS – processing their payments through ServiceNow.

We offer storage, backups, recovery, virtualization, servers, disaster recovery, various public clouds, etc. From our customer’s perspective, we do behind-the-scenes services that enable and protect their work (ex. myUK, Virtual Den, Data Protection, Storage Services, www.uky.edu).
